Please see the "How To Use this Site" section of the website if you wish to customize your bed / wardrobe or have a look at our proposed selections on the Home page if you wish to purchase a bed as seen on Hasena’s catalogue/web site . The ranges are even wider than what we show online, therefore for any specific requirements eg. special sizes, specific designs etc., please contact us and we will be happy to help.
* Are the prices quoted inclusive of VAT ?
All our prices are inclusive of VAT.
* Do you give bulk discounts ?
Our prices are very competitive. However, if you are buying in bulk, please contact our designated sales team on 0115 9409545 to discuss your requirements.
* What methods of payment do you accept ?
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
* Who delivers the products ?
We have contracted with Nightfreight, the UK's number 1 white glove delivery service to make all our deliveries, who will deliver your goods, prior booking a convenient date with you.
* Do prices include delivery charges?
We offer free delivery on all orders no matter the amount or the area you live in.
* Do you deliver outside of the UK ?
We do not normally deliver outside of the UK. However, we would be happy to especially quote for deliveries within the EU. Please call our designated sales team on 0115 9409545.
* How long will delivery take ?
We will aim to deliver the products to you as quickly as possible and following an order we will provide you with an estimated delivery time given by the manufacturer. Deliveries can take from as little as 3 weeks to as long as 6 weeks depending on the availability of stock at the manufacturer’s warehouse. 99% of our deliveries take place on time or earlier than expected, however if for any reasons there were unexpected delays, our customer service team will keep you up to date with the delivery progress if time estimates have previously been inaccurate.
* What happens once I place an order ?
Once you have placed an order with Head2bed we will send you by e-mail an order confirmation within 3 working days.

* What do I do if the good(s) I have purchased is/are damaged ?
If goods purchased are damaged, please e-mail our customer service team at snooze@head2bed.co.uk, if possible provide us with pictures showing the damage. If the nature of the fault is manufacturing or transit, we will replace the damaged parts/items free of charge.

For hygiene reasons mattresses that have been slept on will not be accepted back unless faulty.

All our products carry the manufacturers guarantees and warranties. Depending upon the product, these will vary depending upon the manufacturer and/or type of product being purchased. * Is the Head2Bed website secure?
Our website uses modern encrypted server technology and our payment gateway provider is Protx, which is a leading internet credit card facilitator. This means that the website is secure and that all credit and debit card transactions are safe.
* What do the sizes 90cm, 140cm, 153cm & 180cm bed mean?
These sizes relate to the overall internal width of the bed or mattress. Below is a breakdown of the different sizes and their approximate imperial equivalents:
- Single 90cm x 190cm - approx. 3’0” x 6’3”
- Double 140cm x 190cm - approx. 4’6” x 6’3”
- King Size 153cm x 200cm - approx. 5’0” x 6’7”
- Super King Size 180cm x 200cm - approx. 6’0” x 6’7”
* Have you got a brochure to send out containing all the beds you make?Head2Bed provide you a wide choice of products including bedsteads, mattresses and headboards, and the website features all of these products, including specifications, storage options, features and benefits, approximate prices and detailed product images. A brochure is available upon request for specific collections only. Samples of leather can also be sent upon request.
* Where can I purchase spare parts?Please send your name and address to our Customer Service department and we will supply replacement parts free of charge, unless your bed purchase is beyond 1 year standard warranty. Most replacements parts may be sent free of charge also after the year of warranty, but the decision entirely depends on the manufacturer, who will examine the causes of your request from time to time. Please try and include details of your purchase eg. Acknowledgement number, and bed eg: size, etc. with your request.
* Can items be bought separately?Yes you can buy just a bed, or a wardrobe, or an accessory or a replacement part only. You can also decide to buy items at different times, as we would keep your records in our system and you have got guarantee of matching finishes unless the manufacturer decides to discontinue items or finishes, which is out of our control.
